It would really be great if you guys would just pick a cutoff point in your development and deliver a product. I couldn't even guess at how many times I've been told, or read on your forums, "we're holding off to add in this one more feature." Updates don't need to be entirely focused on fixing broken software. It wouldn't hurt us to get the product you have today and then update us with the new feature in late February. Mainly because I'm sure something else will come up that you think will be the greatest feature ever and you just need to postpone the release a little longer and on and on and on.
Version 3, which as a paying customer, I've been running for over 18 months, received the same treatment. You acknowledge there are lots of deficiencies but keep repeating that the features are fixed or will be fixed in the next version, only the next version keeps getting pushed out indefinitely.
I never would have purchased your software if I knew that it might be 2 years before getting an update.
