if timeline has mutltiple screens and the remove spacing tool is used.
all resources within the timeline that are assigned to the 2nd screen are repositioned back to the 0 offset mark of the entire timeline, not the start point of the 2nd screen.
while this may sound trivial, its a major pain in the ars, after you've gotten used to using the tool. which is quite handy, especially when inserting new resources/scenes into an already tight timeline.
logically, if you choose not to reposition the first element in any channel timeline would fix it, although the slick fix is to observe what screen that channel is attached to, and set its start point to the screens starting offset.
