Hiding new Account creation information

Is it possible to hide the new account information creation and change the password in the studio?
In case we give the studio access to people who are allowed to do only changes in few scenes or campaigns using ACL it gives them the access to create new accounts which can create problem.

We would also like to hide "Create new account" in the Signage Studio, is it possible?
