I use a Mac.  Some may hate it, but I like it, it suits my needs and that's all I use.  Before investing in MediaSignage, we made sure that the software was Mac compatible, which it is.

The problem is - anytime I hit a snag and talk to tech support, I always get an answer along the lines of "Use a Windows PC."  I've been told that enough times by different techs that I'm on the brink of losing it if I hear it again.

That's all fine and dandy to suggest using a PC.... but for those of us who use only Mac, that is not an acceptable solution.  But that's pretty much all they've got. No one I've spoken to in tech support knows anything about Mac.  I know Windows is the dominant OS and all.. but Mac is still a popular choice as well, and having at least someone in tech support with Mac knowledge would be extremely helpful.

Hi, we will definitely clean the Mac bugs asap (i.e.: top bar)...
Our customers are as important to us when they ran Mac as when they run Windows ;)
