Problem Enterprise SignUps

Dear Admin / Forum Members,

We are facing problems during signup for the Enterprise / Reseller Account. After going through the process of registration link...it keeps asking to enter contact and billing details. Although its done.

After creating the account, when we login to the account it displays a message box that Contact and Billing details are incomplete and we must fill it to activate the account. I see only two fields blank there...Address 2 field and Country Field. Once I Enter both the details and click Submit. It saves the changes. After completing all steps including payment recurring method as Paypal...Still it shows Account Inactive.

If I logout and login again, then it repeats the steps and once again displays the same box informing that details are incomplete and need to fill to activate the account and then brings me to the same page of contact details and I again see those Address 2 and Country field blank. I renter,.. Re-save..-- Logout and Login ..and settings again vanishes...This keeps repeating....

Can you let me know why the Information is not getting saved to the database and why my account is not getting activated. I wrote email to billing and Filled up contact us form informing about my issue. But SAD to say that no one replied to those emails yet.

Its fine to pay for Enterprise but what about support from MediaSignage....??? Why no one answers emails. ??? Anyway,...I request to please clarify this account issues ASAP.

We checked the account, the paypal recurring payment was never approved. Please check your paypal account. The account will be automatically activated as soon as the Paypal Payment is approved by your Paypal account.

Dear Support,

I checked my Paypal account today. The monthly recurring payment processing method has been successfully added into my PayPal Account for your Company. Can you please activate the account now.

Let me know what else I need to do after that.

I just upgraded to enterprise cloud. I no longer see the upgrade button at top..

However, I do not see all the components needed nor to I know how to access digital market, or other administrative areas mentioned in various posts. Please tell me I don't have to wait until Monday morning to have access to this just because I upgraded over the weekend..!

Your login for your admin account is your username and password you created in the upgrade. Also the components need to be activated in the store in your admin account.
