Ad bundles
« on: July 29, 2012, 07:32:05 AM »
Hey,

Have you considered allowing to set up ad bundles?

I Plan on setting up several stations in several supermarkets.

My direct clients will be ad agencies that will get their own signage studio. I want to offer them "ad bundles". hence, 300 30 sec ads, or 2000 minutes of "air time". Right about now, I have to way to limit their air time, besides setting the scheduler to take down their ad.

Furthermore, can I control the prioritization of each client? i.e. setting ads by one client as a higher priority in the priority ladder over another client.

Thanks, your sales person isn't up-to-date :-) he told me it can't be done.

Hey, saw the movie, again.

I must be missing something.

Let me paint you the picture, so you'll fully understand what I mean.

I'm running my own ad network, at various businesses. My direct clients are ad agencies. I want to offer my clients ONLY bundles of "air time" 300 minutes, 600 minutes and so own. each bundle should have its own rate table.

In the video you didn't explain how I can set a cap limit for a certain client. Let's say that a client of mine buys a 300 minutes bundle and I want to allow him to run his ads only from August 1st till September 1st. in today's existing state, my client has no indication of this limitation in his signage studio.

I imagined something on the lines that when the client builds his ad package, all the none relevant dates will be grayed out and when exceeds his bundle the system will simply not allow it and let him know why.

Does this scenario makes sense?

I was informed during a support chat session today that "the ad engine is currently disabled right now" and " its being recoded by the devs, and will be back online by next year".
