Just a FYI...
Since there were no labels or Alternate text for the menu bar, I decided to see what each item did. Once I clicked on the Background Music item, I could not close the music window. So I then went to a side navigation item, I believe Incoming ads, and then I received an action script error for Adobe Air and of course received the form about the bug. The error is listed below.
