Scene within a scene?
« on: July 20, 2012, 07:54:36 AM »
Is it possible to nest one of the weather scenes within a new scene with a radar image?

You might want to try and overlay the one scene on top of the other using channels and zones. So create a a screen division/zone for the radar and then create another screen division/zone an overlay it on top of the Radare one. As long as the background of the weather scene is transparent, I would think it would work. Unless I am missing something, that seems pretty straight forward. I hope this helps.

Yes in 4.0 you can drag a scene into a scene essentially creating nested scenes.

Would love to use 4.0...but I can't (still) because of the bug with the RSS feed not being able to show the address entry area to change the RSS feed being linked to (for custom) feeds.  Along with several other bugs.

We have several bugs open in RSS, I don't have an ETA as I know RSS is being redeveloped from scratch to support new GPU Hardware acceleration.
I will update if I have more info.
