I cannot get this to work on either product. I tried to set up a simple show, with only pics, and later i added RSS feeds, but it only goes black. I have tried for several months and i cant get it to work.

Could it be that the screensize have to match?

It works fine on Galaxy Tab 2 10.1

Any tips or pointers?

Let us know your login email and campaign name so we can test it...
We are unaware of any bugs with simple components on the iPad or iPhone.

Same here All I get is a Black screen. Same on new 4.0 upgrade I did on a windows a big black screen.

The iPad does not support yet the new 4.0 Studio or components.

The iphone was black on my 3.0 verson also. I am waiting to see if it works when you are done with 4.0. I am also waiting for 4.0 to work on your Media Box we purchased from you. Currently the Media Box player just loops the splash screen when I try to update and if I push play in studio the player is black screen. We are enterprise users and thank you for all the hard work to upgrade the software. I know the problems can be very frustrating for some people but our TV station Beta Tests for other companies and after time it always works out.

I do not use 4.0. Did you log in and test my show? I can not get this to show anything else than a blank screen on iPad or iPhone.

I am having the same issue after upgrading to iOS 5.1.1. Are you guys on 5.1.1 as well? If so, we need the player to be patched to work again. Thanks,

We tested on latest iPad 3 and had no issues at all...
