Station Disconnects

I have an issue that when the station goes green and I click to get a snapshot it turns yellow and nothing happens. Sometimes it turns red.
I got lucky and got it to work one time. My other 4 signs work fine with the same setup.

There are a few steps you can take to narrow down the problem. Change the ethernet cable (if you are using a hardline). These can be an issue at times.  Next check the internet by connecting another device to the ethernet cable to see if you get the same intermittent behavior.  We had a device that was experiencing this very same issue and it turned out to be the cable in the wall.
