Resolution
« on: April 29, 2012, 01:17:12 PM »
Ok this is driving me nuts. We have been using this for a long time, I had the campaigns set for the common resolution of our TVs but we just upgrading everything to HD so I need to redo the screens and divisions and the videos I show in them. I set a screen for 1920x1080, I put my divisions in, I have a division of 1840x844 which will show videos so I go to create a scene that is 1840x844 that I place videos no larger than 1323x744 in (I have a label box underneath the vids that is 100 pixels high) the problem is it tells me my scene is 1840x844 but when I place a video that is 1323 wide it overlaps both sides of the scene, so does my label box, if I grab the handles on each side of the label box and pull them in to the edges of the scene (the checkered background) it says that what it is telling me is 1840 is actually 1250. What is happening...??

When using large scenes anything above 1200 x xxx the grid disappears at the edges. Just use the whole scene and ignore the grid and you will be fine.

Thanks, working on it now. Is there a size limit (mb) in uploads? And is there a way to FTP uploads rather than saving through the program?

no size limit on our side... you are limited by your connection stability and patience on how long you are willing to wait for uploads and downloads to stations. :)
All uploads has go thru the signage studio.
