Can I block user ?

Sean, is everything ok? I have a doubt about the reseller program, a user create a login in my site that contains the mediasignage software. He created a login for him and now he's using the program for free, ok, I understand that he can do that, but I want him to buy 'cause he is my rival. How can I block him to use the program ? I can see him in my clients list but I can't do nothing...

The thing is, is that if he created an account through you, he is your customer and you will receive profits if he opens a "Paid" account.
There is no way to disable associated account.
