importing XML feeds
« on: March 22, 2011, 06:46:30 PM »
I've successfully learned to use the html component & scene editor to place customer generated content into a signage campaign.  Is it possible to import XML data as a scene?  For example, if I had pictures & some text data about products on my server, can I create tags that pull this information dynamically into the signage campaign?  It would be great to utilize some of the great templates of carousels, flips and such that you provide.

That feature is planned for this year as part of our external interface to the Catalog.
Thus allowing to connect the Catalog to external sources.
