Hi, do you need a special account for use the Android player? I can't access with my account... Thanks

nope, use your end user account (not Enterprise, but sub account)... and you do need to be on 3.x (not 2.x)

Hi, excuse, but what is a sub account?? I don't understand... I have a Media-cloud account!

Hi, excuse, but what is a sub account?? I don't understand... I have a Media-cloud account!

Ignore if you are a FREE account user.  Just make sure your account is under the version 3.0 server and you will be able to use the Android Player.

But How move my account to version 3.0 ?! I have installed a desktop version 3.0 and I can't access to my account. On the web version 2.0 I don't have the option "migrate to 3.0"!!!
Please help me. We want to use your Enterprise plan, but... Thanks.
