Choppy Video
« on: January 25, 2012, 08:53:12 AM »
Our video seems to play back very choppy, almost like it is being pulled from your server.  I thought all content was cached locally?  Is this incorrect?

2 possible reasons why your video is choppy.

1.) Content hasn't been fully cached yet.
2.) You are using a very weak CPU like Intel Atom based CPU or AMD Fusion APUs,  both are made for netbooks and has performance issues with our system.

So check in Station > Caching column if all files has been cached by the player, If you have to lower the video quality or resolution so that the player wont have any issues playing the video.

For good performance with Videos and SWF animation, we recommend an Intel powered 2.6GHz Dual Core2 or better with 2GB of memory and 40GB storage.
