Signage Studio 3x White labeling issue

When I log in as user Signage Studio should display mycompanyname(user) but it is displaying Signage Studio instead.

Under 2x studio it was OK but under 3x studio white label is not working

Quick Google search on SignageStudio and MediaSignage FREE Digital Signage for everyone pops up

Do this,

Login to reseller studio, click on Settings>Whitelabel>Logo

and under Name:  make sure you put in your Company Name don't leave it empty..

Don't forget to save your changes.

I have all fields filled in

I am talking about the very top left where there is small logo & then media signage title. Or normally software title name is displayed

Under reseller studio it is displaying MediaSignage (MYCOMPANYNAME) which is how it should be

If I launch Studio from within reseller studio then it works ok, it displays MYCOMPANYNAME (USER)

But if I log off and then log in direct with one of the users login then it just displaying SignageStudio when it should have been MYCOMPANYNAME (USER)

WEB Studio is ok showing as MYCOMPANYNAME (USER) its the desktop Studio not working very well
