Minimum Viewer Size

Is there a minimum Viewerr Size?  For instance, if I wanted a label at the bottom of the display, can I make it just tall enough to contain the text I wish to place there?

A viewer ( AKA Screen division or zone ) can not exceed 2880 pixels in width / height.
You can put as MANY viewers as you want but not exceed 2880

I tiried creating a screen division smaller than 50 pixels in height, yet it seemed to not stay less than 50.  Is 50 the smallest we can make?

I believe 50x50 is the smallest... WOW, that would be a VERY small screen division.
