Box work but...

I have one problem that came from last week.
I have box200 ,box100 they play very good until now.Problem is that i have indication that player is offline, also get same indication from teamviewer but
box work and picture on box is freez.
Did anybody have this problem.

Can you browse the web on the box? if not, your internet connection is down...

Problem is that i know that net is ok,box work but picture is freez.All this happend in my offic and on another machin 200km away.

I have now another problem.
2 box does not shutdown in spec. time.Thay work very well until now,what is going on?

Please check with Live Chat, they can review your setup and confirm that the boxes have the appropriate shutdown.exe installed.

Live chat khm,hard to get them.Can you tell me what is your UTC so i can adapt.
