Configuration File for URL
« on: November 08, 2011, 09:16:49 AM »
I have watched several videos, and have a question about the URL feature.
I want to use this url: http://www.dot.state.mn.us/tmc/trafficinfo/map/frame_d_map.html

but I want to scale the page to fit it into a smaller window. Is this possible? If so is there a tutorial I missed?

We only support the cropping of pages as indicated here: http://mediasignage.com/html/signage_video.html?videoNumber=HTMLCrop

After looking at your HTML page, my solution would be DON"T use it as an "HTML" page, but instead use it as an "external image".

http://www.dot.state.mn.us/tmc/trafficinfo/map/d_map.png

then you can re-size it to your liking.

Thanks that worked. I feel bad I didn't think to check the source again... I had to go thru their main page to assemble the first URL...

Thanks again!
