Editor doesnt show... editor!

I have just signed up for your system, and as a reseller as well. My initial problem is that when the desktop or web editor loads, the only options I see top left are 'customers' and 'white label'. I have none of the options to add screens etc shown in the videos and thus no way of moving forward. Have I screwed things up by signing up as a reseller first before getting the system working? How do I recover from here- I tried to re-install desktop editor (to sign up as non reseller under different name) but the system signs me straight in!

Well, yes... You did "Screw up" things by signing as a reseller ...

Let me explain...
When you created a reseller account, we create a Reseller Flash Cookie, so now, every time you run the Web or AIR studio, you are automatically logged in as your reseller account...

To see the none reseller studio:

1. Logout from your Reseller Account (VERY IMPORTANT), File > Logout
2. Re-Run Studio application (Web or AIR)
3. Create a NEW regular account ( not a reseller account ) using a NEW email address

So now, you will have two different accounts, one for a reseller and one for end user...

Thanks - thats working now. I'll worry about addign these accounts to reseller once I have managed to look more fully at the player .... (but see the other topic I already started!)
