Media Player used to display web page

I am using a media player to display a web page in google chrome but the player keeps searching for the digital signage server. is there a way to disable this in settings

In this instance there is no campaign set up. We we trying to use the device to display a local ip address via google chrome

we are also unclear what seems to be going on with the device - are you not using the device as intended? was the unit purchased from us? are you trying to disable the registration wizard?
