HD Capture Cameras

I would like to integrate HD cameras into my set up.  Should I go with HD Security cameras, or HD web cameras?...

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes - I have watched the tutorial on the Web Cam USB component.  What I meant to ask was - does anyone have any suggestions as to what kind of camera works well in terms of picture quality?

If you still need a camera I sugest this on SG Digital SGD22SD1  true HD cameras supplying 1280x720
I own this one and it is an awsome camera to show on a largr screen  if you need more infor I sell this.
