What are the settings needed for Windows Server 2008 firewall to allow the players and Studio to fully communicate? When I turn on the firewall, Studio shows a red dot for the connection on the players.

You have to make sure you allow your 3 server domains (master, business and socket) port 80 access to socket.

Also, I recommend while troubleshooting that you disable all Firewall settings on the NIC on the server.
