USB Device Won't load

I received the usb and none of my  computer systems will recognize it.  it loads, but it is not listed in the system with a drive letter so i can install the software.

Correct, because the mediaKEY is NOT a flash drive, don't expect anything when you plug it to the PC.
Our server app can read it using 256 bit RSA encryption only.

Kick off the mediaSERVER install, it will work like a charm
