Tv video card work , but the audio from the tv card doesn't

I got a problem here, my video from the tv card is working properly, but the audio is not going out, I need to change some setttings ?

Hello,
No. For current release the Audio input from an external device is not supported.
So, what you need to do is connect the Audio directly onto the LCD TV Audio input or to a some external receiver.
So whenever you set the Capture Card to show (via timeline) you should mute all other sources (videos etc..) and so the only sound will be the external TV Speakers. This should be sufficient in most cases as it allows you to control the Audio volume using the remote control of the LCD TV.

Most likely not as this appears to be a limitation that a work around will take some time to develop and we have more important features.
We found that in most cases, connecting the sound directly the TV is a workable solution.

Not sure what would be more important than having the video and the AUDIO play through the capture modul...  Whats the point of having the feature in a digital signage enviroment unless it is totaly autamated. 
We'll just have to wait

I have a client location that has TV screen and I want to add digital signage with TV. how would I connect the sound, I am not sure i understand well from your description...

The sound does NOT go through us and it should be connected directly to the LCD TV.
The customer will control the sound using his remote for the LCD TV (standard)
