Missing vertical scroll bar

In the desktop version, when editing a scene that has lots of items, in the outline, the list will disappear at the bottom but there is no vertical scroll bar.  The only way to get to these items is to select the bottom most visible item then arrow down to see the rest and to access them.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

I will check this, I know that in the black Theme the Scroll does appear.

I switched it back to black and checked.  Still no scroll bar.


The version I have installed is 2.2.1088.  I had uninstalled, downloaded and reinstalled yesterday to make sure I had the latest version from your site.

I'm noticing something quirkey now.  The issue I am having with the scroll bar was with the installation on Windows 7.  On Windows XP, there is a scroll bar.  However I saw the panes were in different locations.  So, back in Windows 7, I changed the positions of the pains and was able to get the scroll bar to appear and when I moved them back to where they were with this issue, the scroll bars were still there.  So I closed and reopened and have not been able to duplicate the issue.

This seems to be a bug in the application.  At least I figured out what to do to get around it.
