Sometimes screen is Black

Hi, I have 7 mediaDroid, and 5 different campains done with Studio-Lite.
I have some videos (last 1 minute each one) in that campains, and thats all. The problem is, sometimes one of that videos doesn't work and the screen stay black for that minute. This problem is aleatory, it can happens with diffetent videos in differents mediaDroids.
Some idea what is the problem?

more often, you may need to recode the video. for android devices, we recommend MP4 Format using the following codec settings:

Video: h.264, 24fps, 4mbps, 1920x1080 max resolution
Audio: acc, 44khz, 176kbps

You can use the freeware application freemake from: http://www.freemake.com/free_video_converter/ and recode the videos.
