How to connect windows mobile with printer?

I recently buy a windows phone, I want to connect this pone with wireless printer but the printer not be able to found this windows phone device.Although i read many post to fix this issue but can't find any solution. Can anyone explain the actual reason and how to fix this problem?

Open Chrome and go to Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Google Cloud Print > Manage. Alternatively, paste chrome://devices in your address bar to reach there directly. Under “Classic Printers,” click Add printers. Choose the connected printers which you plan to use with your Android phone.
