HTML page not refreshing

We have an HTML calendar of events that displays on our system. It displays beautifully, however as the day progresses, the page should drop events which have already ended. On any web browser this functionality works, but the signage studio seems to only refresh once per day. Any suggestions?

how long is the timeline duration? if the timeline starts, or is restarted, does the page refresh?

The timeline is only about 3 mins. It does not refresh when the timeline repeats.

which component are you using?  The browser or html?  I just looked at the webpage and it only showed one event but when i loaded it into the html component, i saw many more events.

I am having a similar issue website will not refresh. I am using MediaDroid XPro and also Android Signage player APP. As we make changes to our website the changes are not reflected in either Android player, Windows player works fine. Both Android devices show cache copy from initial load. Clearing cache, reboot etc has no effect

I am using the HTML component. All events show, but in a browser events drop after their completion time. They remain here which causes events not to be seen on days where there is a long list of events.

There is a rendering issue utilizing the html/web component using the Android OS vs the Windows OS.  Not sure specifically what the issue is in this specific case but if you find a fix, please post it here.

Haven't found a solution yet. Was hoping this was a simple fix. I'm using Windows player and mine doesn't work.
